Your Gifts are your Uplifment

Today, I want you take out time to learn something new and interesting from God's word. I am happy to share with you about something that has become a part of my understanding about Success and real fulfillment in life.

At the end of this reading, I expect that you will have a new insight toward God's written word which is the logos and the spoken word of God, Rheme. Well sometime it takes deep thinking or meditation to draw out a particular insight, revelation or encounter from the scriptures. Yes it does. For instance, I have since realized one passage of the scripture that has helped me distinguish and relate with the reality of why some people with less ability whether technically, intellectually or even morally succeed even more than those with a higher ability, degree of experience and soundness. This could be in their career, education, relationship or even at their work.

Occasionally, as I studied on God's word through the bible, I observed and therefore have concluded that God's word (which are also His principles, precepts and commandment) works for almost anybody anywhere he or she is aware, consciously or unconscious about it. For instance when a young child of about 3 years of age mistakenly jumps from the top of a storey building unaware of the danger there is every tendency he would hit the ground, the child may not have been aware of the circumstance that would prevail him at that moment but we see that the law of gravity was at work there.

Also, when it rains very heavily there is every tendency for anyone under the atmosphere at that moment to get wet whether he be good or evil., rich or poor. (I'm trying hard to give a very simple and clear illustration here) My point here is God's principle works for anyone and everybody anywhere under the sun whether they be aware or not.

Now, having laid this foundation about some of God's principle working on anything under the sun let me talk about this for a minute. Its about what I think everyone possesses no matter who. It's about one precious seed that has been planted in every man, it is the seed of greatness in you. Your talents! Your gift! Your talent has the capacity to spur you to the next level of success in life. Your talent is God's seed for your next provision. Your talent or gift is the secret for your fulfillment. Its what makes you outstanding!

A very clear picture is demonstrated in Proverbs Chapter 18 :16 which says "A man's gift make room for him, and makes him stand before great men." (NKJV). Your level of success in life will be directly proportional to the maximum use of your talent which is in you.

The word gift can be translated to mean "a possession gotten from somebody freely or without payment". God loves us and He has equally given every one (you and I) peculiar gifts and talents freely! So we can have access to our heart desires in life, so we can succeed in every sphere of life. God's gift to us - our talent is not just given to us to waste, but to use it to make an impact to others and ourselves, for God detest wastage. One reason why He has given us this gift is to multiply it! TO harness it and to develop and use it for His kingdom. and you find out that the more you use it the more blessed and fulfilled you become.

Again, I have realized that whosoever you are, when you are under this Principe in Prov 18:16 success is inevitable! So this drives a clear message that everyone of us has God's direct seed in us in the form of talents. God is in the business of increasing our talent just to please Him, it was one puprose God design for man came into being, but only when we put it to good use.

Don't bury your talent like the parable of the sower, invest in it. Build and develop itm and I see God transforming you to greater height, great places and people you never dream to meet in Jesus name.

Another thing I learnt in our passage is (i) that your gift is what you have and (ii) gift is what you give. God expect us to use what you have to get what you want. When you use your gift for God you make Him very glad. Remember, God created us in His image, in His personality, is likeness. He thus require us to give what we have because that same nature of love dwells within us. Look at this John 3 v 16 reads "for God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believed in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.." God love us so He gave. Jesus is one rare gift God has ever given to mankind. So show that same act of God's person by putting your gift to use, by harnessing your gift. 

And as you do so I see God making way for you through your talents in the name of Jesus!

 I see divine upliftment, promotion and transformation in your life as you use your talent to bless the world and inspire others in your field in Jesus name!

Remember you may have talent in dancing, Music, administration, Public speaking, Comedy, drama whatsoever. its your gift!
